What’s Inside?

Our playground surfaces are made using a proven multi-layer system designed for durability, shock absorption, slip-resistance and long-term performance. Each layer plays a critical role in keeping kids safe while ensuring the surface stays strong and attractive for years to come.

EPDM Top Coat

Stargum synthetic rubber granules are meticulously manufactured for durability + UV stability. Available in 20 different colours with optimal density and flexibility.

Recycled Cushion Layer

Recycled rubber material is selected based on size and specification. Our systems are built to suit a variety of different applications and the cushion and support layers are no different. The cushion layer is made to provide optimal load spread and reduce initial impact for play and comfort. The support layers are meant to create structural durability for every application.

Aggregate Fine Grading

Rubber surfacing is completely porous so the aggregate base is very important. The aggregate base offers structural integrity to the system and is important for draining water below the surfacing to keep it dry.

Aggregate Rough Grading

Existing organic soil determines the depth of base preparation required. Rough grading sets the level for every new build we install.
