What is Rubber Paving?

Our rubber paving is a use of a synthetic rubber mixed with a durable polyurethane binder, to be used in resurfacing existing living spaces or creating brand new safety surfaces for residential projects or commercial uses.

What is Synthetic Rubber?

We use high-quality, synthetic EPDM rubber for every project to ensure superior bonding, color retention, and durability. Unlike tinted or recycled alternatives, our rubber is colored throughout and maintains its elasticity over time.

Products & Process

We take pride in using the safest, most stable products available. We don’t use recycled material, which means no colour transfer to skin or clothing when you interact with our surfaces.

Aromatic Binder

Our aromatic polyurethane binder delivers outstanding strength and flexibility, making it ideal for structural integrity in base layers. It's batch-tested for consistent performance and built to withstand heavy use and tough environmental conditions.

Aliphatic Binder

Our aliphatic binder offers superior UV stability and color retention, perfect for top layers exposed to sunlight. It’s third-party tested for exceptional tensile strength and flexibility, ensuring long-lasting beauty and durability in any climate.

Installation

The execution and installation of pour in place products are vitally important to customer outcomes. We have spent years determining optimal mixing ratios, mixing times, spread rates, material thickness based on installation type and best practices for delivering the final product to the end user.

Product Knowledge

Our team brings extensive knowledge and hands-on application training to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience. We take the time to understand each client's needs and carefully assess whether our materials will deliver the durability and performance they expect.
